Management
Vin McCaffrey
Founder and CEO
Vin McCaffrey founded Game Theory Group International in September of 2008.
He is responsible for the all facets of the business, and pays
personal attention to client relationships, quality and corporate
strategy. Vin has successful background working in both Fortune
500 corporations as well as Start-Up organizations. His responsibilities
have included management of strategy, sales, service and marketing.
He is a member of the Human Capital Institute and the Society
of Human Resources. Vin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lehigh
University, where he was a proud member of the men’s basketball
team, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the
Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Stacy Feiner, PsyD
Strategic Affiliate, Leadership Development & Executive Coaching
Dr. Stacy Feiner is an accomplished human capital strategist,
corporate coach, and psychologist. She works in partnership with
decision makers, leadership teams, and stakeholders to align individual
motivators with successful corporate culture. Stacy’s focus
on human capital planning provides clients unique inroads for
building businesses based on cultural adaptability, enhanced revenue,
and sustainable transfer of leadership.
Stacy has the ability to mobilize individuals and groups whose
progress is stalled, as well as propel success beyond prescribed
goals and forecasts. Clients value her diversity of thought as
well as her insight on the drivers of human behavior. Her work
as a psychologist allows her to help clients translate observations
of their own limitations or potential into a bolder capacity for
leadership.
Stacy began her career as a clinical psychologist and family
business consultant. She moved to corporate human resources at
Merrill Lynch where she was involved in the successful restructuring
of the Wealth Management sales platform, and then ultimately joined
a sales team in Cleveland, Ohio. Stacy later returned to human
resources with KeyCorp where she focused on Human Capital Planning
and M&A activities. Stacy’s breadth of experience affords
her an intimate understanding for engaging high performers and
building an effective workforce.
Stacy earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois
School for Professional Psychology. She also holds a Master of
Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Northeastern University
and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Education from
Hobart & William Smith Colleges. In addition to participating
on non-profit boards, Stacy is actively involved in land conservancy,
sustainability, and school PTA.

Game Theory Group International was founded as a talent management
consulting firm with national scope and capability. Game Theory
offers customizable talent management solutions for both corporate
and university athletic department clients. Fueled by the retirement
of the Baby Boomer generation coupled with the introduction of
the Generation Y / Millennial generation, Game Theory’s
unique approach is focused on enhancing clients’ organizational
structure and performance through improved talent management with
a special interest in recruiting and managing recent college graduates.
